COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES 

My how-to, self paced, asynchronous course will be the ideal course for those that struggle with leaving work at work, needing to experience a decline in stress and feel more present at home.

By the end of this course learners will be able to:

​

  1. Create a sustainable work-life balance by making adjustments of personal and professional demands through analyzing their daily routine. 

  2. Identify stress triggers in their personal and professional lives. 

  3. Apply stress reducing techniques such as mindfulness exercises or deep breathing to reduce stress levels. 

  4. Set realistic boundaries between their work and personal lives by establishing clear work hours and implementing a shut down ritual.

  5. Implement activities that align with personal needs, such as watching your favorite show uninterrupted, reading a chapter of a book or doing some self-care. 

  6. Document their progress to see where adjustments are needed by doing a weekly journal to see what challenges and successes were experienced, in order to do better the following week.
