Finding Work-Life Balance
So many of us struggle with being able to create healthy boundaries when it comes to leaving work at work and being able to be present when at home. I want to help others that are struggling with this to be able to find that healthy balance so they experience a decline in stress, increase in happiness, self care and being more cognizant of their enviornment.
Learning Gaps
Learners before beginning this course will be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed and scattered. ​They have difficulty relaxing and being able to put their work away when they get home. Once the learners complete this course they will feel more in control, relaxed, experience decreased levels of stress and be able to prioritize self care. Their home will be their sanctuary and boundaries will be set regarding doing work at home.

Motivation: Being able to find the initiative to complete a task that may seem daunting.

Through these different methods the goal is for the individual to identify their needs, document their daily activities to notice specific patterns, watch informational videos that provide insight and assistance in addressing certain problems and connecting with others that may be going through something similar, connect with a community. Learners will be able to create healthy boundaries to prevent work from consuming their home life and giving them more freedom to relax and care for themselves through self discovery and increased awareness.
