LEARNING ACTIVITIES

  1. Learners will complete a brief self-reflection after completing each module. 

  2. How-to Videos that show learners how to do stress reducing techniques such as practicing mindfulness and breathing exercises. 

  3. Completing a progress bar throughout the course to track progress. 

  4. Hands-on activity of implementing a self-care activity that the learner finds interesting or comforting. 

  5. Time tracking document that learners can either print out or fill out digitally to document their day, analyze how they spend their time. 

  6. Email a letter to your future self through Future ME: https://www.futureme.org/, learners will set it for a specific date that they feel is realistic to check-in to assess how far they have come.
