LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Learners will work through one module that will allow them to focus on setting realistic work-life boundaries through not working past a certain point through the implementation of a shut down ritual and getting to reflect on their week through a weekly journal where they can identify challenges and celebrate successful moments to be able to improve the following week. ​

(CLO) 4 : Learners will set realistic boundaries between their work and personal lives by establishing clear work hours and implementing a shut down ritual.

Identify what an effective shut down routine looks like.

Develop a personalized transition routine from work to home that adheres to work hours. ​

(CLO) 6 : Document their progress to see where adjustments are needed by doing a weekly journal to see what challenges and successes were experienced, in order to do better the following week.

Identify events that happened during the week that were significant and document them either digitally or manually.

Reflect on ways to improve for the following week based on areas that were challenging.
